Having been president of SFC Silverstone since 2016, Jason is part of the ethos of the Silverstone club. He works tirelessly to make sure the members get the best deliverables and opportunities to make the most of the club membership, always looking to add more benefits whenever he can. It’s all about members feedback, and Jason takes on board all comments from members new and old to put together the best packages possible for the Tifosi that are part of the club.
Getting into Formula 1 in the early 1990s, Jason found his love for motorsport towards the end of that decade and being drawn in by the fantastic talent that is Michael Schumacher it wasn’t long before he found his footing with the Tifosi. The 2024 Italian Grand Prix is one of the stand out Grands Prix for Jason, not only because he got to share a Ferrari home win with his son, but the atmosphere and the crowd support for the event went off the charts come the chequered flag.
His favourite circuit is Silverstone – had to be, considering it’s the home of the club! But he’d love to attend Monaco for a Grand Prix in the future. The unique skills the drivers have to put on display along with the history and spectacle of the event just makes it something to behold. It is a jewel in motorsport’s crown for a reason!
