Alice has been working with SFC Silverstone since 2023 to help boost their online presence and utilise social media to advertise and reach a wider audience and more potential members. Her credentials start back in 2016 when she first got into digital, marketing and journalism, and now uses her skillset to help teams, athletes and championships build genuine relationships with audiences online.
Her first proper interaction with Formula 1 was at the 2012 British Grand Prix where she sat with her fingers tightly crossed at Vale corner hoping it wouldn’t rain (the grandstand was uncovered). But the atmosphere, the cars, the racing – it all caught her eye. She quickly became a fan of Fernando Alonso and her love affair with Ferrari started there.
A standout race for Alice is the 2012 Valencia Grand Prix. Such a whirlwind of a race, but seeing Alonso race to victory when the odds were stacked against him was a sight to behold. It certainly didn’t hurt that three Ferrari drivers shared that podium (ex-drivers for the team Kimi Raikkonen and Michael Schumacher took second and third)! She’s always loved the classic circuits, with Spa-Francorchamps being one of her favourites. It’s a Grand Prix she’d like to go to, but not as much as she’d like to go to the Australian Grand Prix.
It’s Alice’s role to sell to you why you should be an SFC Silverstone member, so the words from the horse’s mouth: “Having watched the SFC Silverstone community grow over the last few years has been one of the joys of the club. Everyone has the shared love for Ferrari and, no matter who is driving or what the result, there is always the love of the Tifosi. Whether you’re into F1, WEC or GT racing, there are so many like-minded fans you can connect with and share experiences with. It really is all about the members in the best way and it’s no cliché to say once you’ve joined SFC Silverstone you really are part of the family.”
